Enterprise gathering on the occasion of Lunar Year 2015

On the morning of February 11, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, Fatherland Front Committee hold the business gathering on the occasion of Lunar Year 2015. Mr Nguyen Van Danh, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Mr Nguyen Van Khang, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, etc… as well as leaders of departments and more than 200 enterprises attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Mr Tran Van Dung, Director of the Provincial Planning and Investment Department has evaluated the development of enterprises in 2014 and replied many recommendations of businesses. According to Dung, despite of the difficult economic situation, the province still had 393 new companies established in 2014, with a total registered capital of VND1,399 billion. Thus, until December 31, 2014, Tien Giang has had 5,380 companies, with a total investment of 38,553 billion.

On this occasion, Dung answered many comments of businesses in the province, focusing on: finance relating to access loans and tax; issues related to public sector and other recommendations.

Nguyen Van Khang, Chairman has appreciated the efforts to overcome difficulties as well as many positive contribution to the economic development - social enterprises in the province. In addition, the Chairman has also directed the departments concerned to expeditiously finalize the recommendations of businesses.

Chairman also suggested that businesses should have the right business strategy, implementation of enterprise restructuring, capacity building, cooperation and enhanced investment community, solidarity, care for life laborers, construction business culture ...

On this occasion, the Provincial People's Committee awarded the Emulation Flag to 40 teams and the Merit of Certificate to 37 teams as well as the Certificate of Tien Giang typical enterprise title to 14 enterprises.
