80th anniversary of the Militia's Traditional Day celebrated

On the morning of March 27, Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Tien Giang province solemnly organized the 80th anniversary of the Militia's Traditional Day (28th March, 1935 -28th March, 2015).

At the ceremony, representatives of the Provincial Military Command reviewed the traditional of 80th year of founding, fighting and growing up.

Chairman Nguyen Van Khang appreciated of the achievements of Vietnames the Militia force in general and the provincial Militia forces through the past 80 years. By the leadership and guidance of Party committees and local governments, the Militia force has beeen built powerfully, extensively, especially the major areas of defense and security; organizing the staff, elements, quantity to be suitable for areas’s characteristic; quality synthetic to be improved, especially political quality.
