Solemnly organize the 40th anniversary of Nga Sau-Bang Lang victory

On the morning of March 13, Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Tien Giang province solemnly organized the anniversary 40th of Nga Sau-Bang Lang victory (March 14, 1975 – March 14, 2015).

Provincial leaders burned incense at the Cai Be Martyrs Cemetery.

Attending the ceremony was Mr Tran The Ngoc, Secretary of the Provincial Committee Party; Nguyen Van Khang, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of departments, agencies, unions, district, city, town, etc…

Addressing the ceremony, Mr Khang delivered a speech to review the traditional of 40 th  year of Nga Sau-Bang Lang victory. From March 11 to 14, 1975, the eightth Division and the eighth Military district as well as Cai Be civil and military (My Tho province) destroyed completely Nga Sau entrenched fortification defended by district guard battation of puppet army. This victory facilitated to liberating completely My Tho province and contributing to the common victory of Ho Chi Minh Campaign to liberate absolutely the South for nation unity.

Earlier, the provincial leaders laid a wreath and burned incense as well as visited the tombs of the martyrs at the Cai Be Martyrs Cemetery.
