Tien Giang Oriental Medicine Association receives First Medal of Labour

On April 17, the Tien Giang Oriental Medicine Association held the conference of advanced example in 2010-2015 period and received First Medal of Labour. Mr Tran Thanh Duc, Deputy Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee attended the meeting.

During five years, the levels of Tien Giang Oriental Medical Association promoted to educate medical ethics "herbalist as affectionate mother" for members and to organize medical care for 60.734 million patients visits, loading 100 591 000 scale drug, providing free treatment transfed to 31 billion VND. The association inherited 250 subjects, including 46 subjects completed inherited by the Ministry of Health to licence production, circulation nationwide. Mobilizing to found 346 typical Vietnames traditional medicine gardrens, planting 60 kind of plants in acccording to regulations...

On this occasion, the Tien Giang Oriental Medical Association received First Medal of Labour and Ms Trinh Thi Mai, deputy chairwoman of association received Third Medal of Labour. The provincial People’s Committee presented certificates of merit to 4 teams and 5 collectives getting outstanding achivevements in the work of the Association and the emulation patriotic movements of the past five years.
