The 13th session of the provincial People's Council closes

After three days of working with urgency, democracy and responsible spirit, the 13th session of the provincial People’s Council closed on July 17. Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Ngoc attended.

The leaders of the province answered many questions as well as explained the urgent matters of deputies, voters mentioned in the meeting and presented the solution to operate economic - social, defense, security, directions and tasks in the last 6 months of 2015.

On the basis of reports, statement of the Permanent People's Council, the Committees of the Provincial Council, opinions of voters and related industries, delegates focused on discussion, contribution and voted to pass thirdteen resolutions on socio-economic tasks for the province.

Speaking at the closing session, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council Nguyen Van Danh said,  socio-economic development goals in the remaining months of 2015 was extremely important because it the ending tenure of the provincial Party Congress. Therefore, all levels, departments should strive to emulate many defined missions, resolutions of People’s Council to promote sustainable development of local economy, etc…

He also suggested the provincial People Committee to concentrate on checking, steering positively institutionalization many resoluotions of the Provincial Council Resolution issued, directing departments to solve effectively the promises before delegates of the provincial People’s Council and voters. At the same time, the provincial People Committee need to strengthen the inspection responsibilities of the directors of departments and branches, chairman of People's Committee in district level for dealing promptly, effectively with urgent matters of people, businesses, etc…
