The quality of judicial work changes positively

The provincial Steering Committee for Judicial reforms has just held the conference to sum up partially the assignment of judicial reform in the first 6 months.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Quang, the head of the provincial Steering Committee for Judicial reforms, chaired the conference.

At the conference

The chief of the Internal Affairs Committee, deputy head of the provincial Steering Committee for Judicial reforms Duong Minh Dieu presented a draft report on judicial reform the term of 2011 – 2015, reporting preliminary judicial reforms in the first 6 months, implementing the tasks in the last 6 months of 2015.

Accordingly, in the last term, the implementation of Resolution 49-NQ/TW of the Politburo on judicial reform strategy and related documents has been carried out by the provincial judicial authorities focusing on the work of the judicial reform in their industry and levels.

Therefore, the quality of judicial work has changed positively towards respecting democratic rights, human rights and ensuring social justice in the stages of launch prosecution, arresting, detention, investigation, adjudication and enforcement of judgments, etc ...

Addressing the conference, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Quang praised the efforts and results of the work of the organ of justice’s staff and employees in performing duty over time. At the same time, he asked many functional organs to prevent from being subjective to cause adverse consequences on society, affecting the reputation and causing loss of confidence in the people, etc...
