Exhibition of defence and security, socio-economic and cultural achievements opens in Tien Giang province

On October 18, the exhibition  of defence and security, socio-economic and cultural achievements opened in Tien Giang province in five years (2010-2015) organized by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People’s Committee officially opened in Hung Vuong street of My Tho city.

 

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Tran The Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Danh, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Khang atteded this event.

The exhibition  of defence and security, socio-economic and cultural achievements of Tien Giang province with the theme “Tien Giang-Innovation, Integration and Development” took place in five days, from October 18 to 23, 2015. 

This is an important political event of the province in order to introduce, extensively propagandize important achievements that have been achieved in Tien Giang province in tenure from 2010 to 2015 to officials, Party members and people. 

 

The scale consisted of 58 exhibition booths, including 1 for exhibition of province’s achievement in five years (2010 to 2015) with the theme "From congress to congress,", the rest was many booths introducing achievements, products, images of the departments, provincial unions; districts, towns and cities and enterprises.

 

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Khang emphasized that, under the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, authorities and the whole army and people in the province have united, unified, proactived, promoted democracy, overcomed difficulties to implement the goals and tasks of economic development, culture, social, defense, security and achieve important achievements in the past 5 years. These achievements will be the motivation for the entire Party, army and people of Tien Giangp province to continue to get good results in the coming term.
