NA Vice Chairwoman Ngan meets with voters in Ben Tre province

Politburo member and Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and Ben Tre province’s NA deputies met with voters in Giong Trom and Ba Tri district of the southern province on October 2 to inform the voters on the upcoming NA 10th session’s schedule and listen to their suggestions.

 

The voters raised their voices on shortage of power and safe water, affecting their daily lives, slowness of building mechanisms and policies on contributors and officers at grassroots levels.

 

They also expressed their concern about insecurity as many serious cases occurred consecutively recently and asked for effective measures to suppress crimes.

 

After hearing the voters’ ideas, Politburo member Ngan briefed them on the country’s socio-economic situation and asked local leaders to explain about the voters’ questions on policies to officers at the grassroots levels as authorised.

 

She learned many suggestions related to the matter in order to submit to the NA for consideration and decision.
