The four-day festival, co-organised by the Vietnam Journalists’ Association and the Party Central Committee’s Communications and Education Commission, aims to honour the development and achievements of the Vietnamese press, advertise press products, and offer a platform for meetings and exchanges between journalists and the public.
As scheduled, the festival will feature from 23 to 25 display stands for central press agencies and 10 other stands for local press units.
The main activity of the event is to showcase spring press publications as well as press works on the 12th National Party Congress and the country’s achievements during the 30 years of the Doi Moi (Renovation) process.
The organising committee will present awards to the stands with impressive and unique arrangements. Interesting press works and publications, as well as attractive radio and television programmes on the topics of the 12th National Party Congress and 30-year Doi Moi process, will also be honoured at the festival.
