The Provincial People's Committee discusses about the reception of citizens

On February 18, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Le Van Huong chaired the meeting to discuss some of issues related to the reception of citizens in the province.

At the meeting

Delegates, who are head of provincial agencies and units, leaders of district, urban and commune as well as ward levels, has heard report of the Provincial Inspection about the current state of the reception of citizens. The Department of Justice reported about the jurisdiction of receptions of citizens and many directed documents of the PPC in the reception of citizens.

Accordingly, in 2015, the task of solving complaints and denunciations as well as the reception of citizens were implemented seriously by the agencies and units in the province, contributing significantly to stabilizing the security political situation in the province. However, at present, Tien Giang has still had many cases of complaints of people, affecting social order and security as well as the investment attraction of the province.

Chairman of  PPC Le Van Huong requested that the agencies and units in the province needed to strictly implement the rules related to the reception of citizens. The general points of view was  the realization rightly according to the law, not to let happen wrong convicted as well as to exploit the lot of law to disturb the peace security and order in the local. The agencies and units should be arranged and assigned to specific civic calendar as well as the infrastructure of the location to receptions of citizens to ensure the conditions for activity’s receptions of citizens in accordance with the law.
