The National Assembly Office held a meeting on Wednesday to announce the NA Standing Committee's Resolution on ratifying the National Assembly’s Secretariat and preparations for the 11th session of the 13th National Assembly.

The NA Secretary General and the NA’s Secretariat will begin their operations at this session.
Speaking at the meeting, Politburo member and Vice Chairwoman of the NA Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan said the 11th session would be the last session of the 13th National Assembly.
During the 11th session, the NA will approve a number of draft laws, review the performance of the NA, the NA Standing Committee, the President, the Prime Minister, and judicial agencies, and determine state leadership, she noted.
She also expressed her belief that the NA Secretary General and the NA’s Secretariat would fulfil their assigned tasks and contribute to the success of the NA sessions.
