Chairman of the PPC works with Chau Thanh and Cai Lay district

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) Le Van Huong has just worked with Chau Thanh and Cai Lay district.

At the working session, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Huong heard the report about the granting certificate of land use right in Chau Thanh and Cai Lay district in the last time, stimutaneously interesting in difficulties and solutions to solve the remain situation of records of asking to issue of land use’s right.

In Chau Thanh, the situation of granting certificate of land use right has changed as the number of remaining records decreased from 1,151 records to 1,008 records at the present time (September 5). The most difficulty is tax period when the number of unfinished financial duty records is much.

In Cai Lay district, the situation of granting certificate of land use right has not changed obviously. The number of remaining records now is 1,039 records (at September 5). In particular, the number of remaining records meet difficulty in measure stage accounted for the majority.

Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Huong suggested that Chau Thanh district try to diminish the remaining granting certificate of land use right, to accelerate to diminish the number of remaining records. About Cai Lay district, he suggested that communes quickly move records asking to grant certificate of land use right to higher level after receiving. Department of tax in district has to prepare force in oder to avoid jammed, strengthening human resources, working extra time.
