Women leadership and officials of Women's Union gathered

On October 24, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee has just held the gathering for women leadership and officials of Women's Union on the occasion of the 86th anniversary of Vietnam Women's Union (October 20, 1930 - October 20, 2016).

 

Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Danh, Deputy Standing Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Quang, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Huong, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Le Van Nghia, Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Thanh Duc and more than 100 women leadership and officials of Women's Union through periods, etc… attended.

Chairwoman of the Provincial Women’s Union Nguyen Thi Kim Phuong reviewed the glorious tradition of the Vietnam women in general and women in particular Tien Giang through many periods.

Women always hold an important role and have great dedication, contributing to building up the glorious tradition of the nation. Women always struggle with four virtues of the new era "Self-confidence, self-esteem, kindness, responsibilities", etc ...

Congratulating at the gathering, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Danh affirmed that with beautiful features, women are not only beauty in form but also in spirit, in the lifestyle and occupation as well as academic.

 

Provincial leaders would continue to implement further personnel work for the advancement of women and for women. Women themselves should continue to improve four virtues in the new period, contributing to positive socioeconomic development.
