The PPC checks the implementation of duties at deparments and localities

Implementing Decision No. 2702 /QD-UBND of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC), the assignment team of the Chairman of the PPC (the 2702 assignment team), led by Chief of the PPC Secretariat Pham Van Trong, worked with Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, Department of Health, Department of Justice and My Tho City People's Committee.

At the working session, the 2702 assignment team heard the report of deparments, industries and localities about implementing duties, conclusions and guidance of the PPC  as well as Chairman of the PPC in recent years.

Accordingly, departments, industries and localities have built and grasped major contents of the new working regulations of the province thoroughly to heads of divisions under departments, industries ans localities to redeploy for officers, employees and civil servants.

About the task of implementing ISO, departments, industries and localities are continuing to maintain and improve ISO 9001: 2008 - the quality management standards system, focusing on implementating timely to limit the lowest level in solving late administrative procedures of citizens and enterprises.

Departments, industries and localities were exchanged difficulties and shortcomings in the implementation of tasks and proposed recommendations to overcome with the assignment team. On this occasion, the assignment team inspected unexpectedly parts under departments, industries and localities such as: the records work, the security records and the electronic office, etc...

Speaking at the working session, Chief of the PPC Secretariat Pham Van Trong as the head of the 2702 assignment team praised the results of departments, industries and units achieved in recent years. At the same time, he proposed that departments, industries and localities continued to review the tasks performed as well as noted recommendations and proposals of departments, indutries and localities to send the PPC for consideration and settlement.
