Provincial leaders extends Christmas greetings to parishes

On the occasion of Christmas Day, Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Standing Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Quang visited and extends Christmas greetings to parishes including My Tho Bishop’s palace, the Pastoral Center of My Tho diocese, the provincial Committee for Catholic Solidarity, the Daughters of St. Paul and the Representatives Board of the provincial Protestant Church.

He was accompanied by representative leaders of the Public Committee under the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Religious Board.

On behalf of the provincial leader delegation, Vice Standing Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Le Hong Quang wished dignitaries warm and happy Christmas.

The official said that he hopes the dignitaries will continue taking care of the parishioners’s life and encourage them to lead a good life and warmly respond to patriotic emulation campaigns for economic development and building of civilised residential areas.

The bishop of My Tho diocese Nguyen Van Kham and priest Pham Thanh Minh, Chairman of the provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee thanked leaders of the province for their care for the Catholic followers as well as facilitation favorable to parishioners carrying out their freedom of religion and belief right, etc….

In responsing to that concern, parishioners will be more active in learning, working, patriotic emulation, contributing to building Tien Giang as a prosperous locality, etc…
