PM Phuc commemorates President Ho Chi Minh in Nghe An province

Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc offered incense to President Ho Chi Minh on February 19 in the late president’s home commune of Kim Lien in Nam Dan district of Nghe An province.

The Prime Minister, accompanied by a government delegation and local leaders, expressed deep gratitude to President Ho Chi Minh for his great contributions to national liberation.

 
The government leaders wrote in a commemorative book that later generations would follow the path chosen by the nation’s great president and make further efforts to contribute to national construction.
 
On the same day, PM Phuc visited the Sen village library in Kim Lien commune where he suggested that library staff should increase the collection of books and resources to meet the different needs of readers of all ages.
 
He said the library should hold more activities to encourage local people to read as a way to transmit knowledge of humanity, which is highly significant as knowledge is a key factor to national development.
 
On the occasion, the prime minister and delegation members made donations to assist the library in purchasing new books.
