Supervisory delegation on implementation of laws on management of foreign capital loan established
On behalf of the National Assembly Standing Committee (NASC), NA Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan recently signed Resolution No.424/NQ-UBTVQH14 on the establishment of a supervisory delegation on the implementation of the management and use of foreign capital loan for the 2011-2016 period.

Accordingly, Nguyen Duc Hai, member of the NASC, Chairman of the NA Finance-Budget Committee is head of the delegation and the deputy heads are Nguyen Thuy Anh, member of the NASC, Chairwoman of the NA Social Affairs Committee and Nguyen Huu Toan, Vice Chairman of the NA Finance-Budget Committee.
The resolution also clarifies the responsibilities, tasks and powers of the supervisory delegation and the related agencies and individuals. The delegation is responsible for the implementation of the monitoring plan and reporting the results to the NASC at its meeting in August, 2018: preparing a draft report on the monitoring results and submitting it to the NA delegates at the NA sixth session.
The monitoring plan aims to evaluate the promulgation of legal documents and the organisation of the implementation of the policies and laws on the management and use of foreign capital loans for the period 2011-2016 period; in addition to evaluate achievements, limitations, inadequacies, difficulties and obstacles; and analyse causes and responsibilities of the related agencies, organisations and individuals; and propose measures to perfect and organise the implementation of policies and legislation on the management and use of foreign loans in the time ahead.
