At the meeting, representatives of the Provincial People's Council reported to the voters the results of the 4th session of the 9th Provincial People's Council. Representatives of Cai Be district Party Committee also reported the results of the 4th session of the 11th District People's Council.
Accordingly, the 4th meeting of the Provincial People's Council reviewed and evaluated the performance of the tasks of the People's Council’s Standing Committee, the committees of the People's Council in the first 6 months and the direction as well as tasks in the last 6 months of the year.

In the first 6 months, the economic growth rate of the province was 9.56%, ranking the second in the 13 provinces of the Mekong Delta. Voters of the two communes expressed their joy and excitement over the results of the meetings.
