Voters in two communes were informed the plans for the fifth session to hold in early December 2017. At this meeting, the provincial People's Council will review and evaluate the performance of the standing tasks of the People's Council and committees of the Provincial People's Council in 2017; to review and evaluate the reports of the Provincial People's Committee on the implementation of socio-economic tasks, national defense and security, settlement of complaints, etc...

Voters of An Thai Trung commune expressed many problems such as: the distribution of outputs of agricultural products of farmers is difficult; the drainage system in Cai Be district degradation; the environmental pollution; the issuance of the land use right certificate is more cumbersome, the school violence is currently causing serious concern in education, etc...
