Regarding the planning, urban management, construction, environmental resources, the deputies proposed that it is necessary to clearly define the responsibility of investors and management agencies for the project implemented slowly, causing damage to people; regularly reviewing and deleting planning schemes that are not feasible to ensure the people's land use rights.
