Raising the leadership of the executive committee for the emulation work

ABO - On February 23, the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) summarized the patriotic emulation movement in 2017 and launched the patriotic emulation movement in 2018.

In the past year, the work of emulation movement and reward has been implemented as planned. The propaganda, praise, replication of advanced models created a great spread in the community.

The emulation movements were launched in a variety of ways in which the people actively participated. Many emulation movements have been maintained such as the emulation movement for building new rural areas, good production-business farmers, etc ...

In particular, the emulation work paid special attention to rewarding achievements, rewarding people directly engaged in production. Through the movement of patriotic emulation, the socio-economic development of the province has continued to develop, etc...

On this occasion, the PPC offered 31 excellent emulation flags, 2 first-class Labor Medals, 5 second-class Labor Medals, 8 third-grade Labor Medals and 3 independent third-class medals of the State President; 13 excellent emulation flags of the Prime Minister, 51 certificates of merit by the Prime Minister to collectives and individuals who got outstanding achievements in the work from 2012 to 2016.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong appreciated the outstanding results of the patriotic emulation movement in the past year. At the same time, the heads of departments, branches and unions of the province, businesses and chairmen of the People's Committees of districts, cities should focus on implementing the key tasks of the 2018-2015:

Improve the comprehensive leadership capacity of the executive committees at all levels for the work of socio-economic development, especially the responsibility of heads of units and localities.

It is necessary to pay more attention to reminding and examining the work of emulation so that collectives and individuals rewarded and praised must be the one who deserved the title.

Linking patriotic emulation movements with "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, moral, style" and consolidating and enhancing the role of the emulation and commendation board of all levels in considering the emulation titles for the patriotic emulation movement as the driving force to boost the province's socio-economic development.
