On the proposal of increasing pressure, expanding the BOO Dong Tam water supply network of Go Cong town, Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Danh stressed: "The Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee will be resolute in dealing with water for people not only in Go Cong town but also in the east. It is unacceptable to lack local water for hundreds of households at present".

At the meeting, the Go Cong town Party Committee proposed five issues including: To invest a town hall guesthouse; to build the gates in the eastern part of the province; to speed up the progress of the project of the revolutionary vestiges of Ao Vong victory and the base of Go Cong Party Committee in Binh Xuan commune; to develop and upgrade BOO Dong Tam water supply network; to soon promulgate documents guiding regimes and policies to support part-time officials and public employees.

Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Danh highly appreciated the achievements of the localities in recent years and also noted the local recommendations. He requested the localities to continue reviewing the supplementary urban plan and modernization according to the direction of being civilized and friendly environment, demonstrating the central role of the eastern center of the province.
