ABO - On March 27, the supervision delegation of the National Assembly’s Judicial Committee, led by Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly’s Judicial Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong supervised the implementation of the procedure in contentious administrative matters in handling administrative cases, executing administrative judgments and decisions of chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the People's Committee in Tien Giang province.

According to the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee, from 2015 to 2017, the number of administrative decisions and acts of the chairman of the People's Committee, People's Committee were 88 cases; 7/84 administrative decisions were dismissed by the Provincial People's Courts in part or in whole.

Regarding the execution of administrative law related to administrative decisions and administrative actions of the chairman of the People's Committee, there were 79/88 cases with court judgments and decisions. Of those, 26 cases were suspended; 35/53 judgments and decisions of the court have been executed, etc...

At the meeting, the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of the concerned agencies analyzed difficulties and limitations in the administrative proceedings on the settlement of administrative cases, at the same time, to recommend the supervision delegations to adjust policies and laws accordingly and create conditions for local to well implement the law on administrative procedures.

Deputy Chairman of the National Assembly’s Judicial Committee Nguyen Manh Cuong highly appreciated the efforts of Tien Giang province in the implementation of judicial activities. He emphasized: "Not only Tien Giang province, the work of settlement and enforcement of administrative judgments in many provinces and cities across the country still had limitations.

The rate of judgments and decisions were canceled due to the subjective fault of the court; the status of administrative verdict was unclearly, etc ...
