Inspects a granting land use right certificate in Long Giang Industrial Park

ABO - On April 6, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee (PPC) inspected the granting land use right certificates to households around Long Giang Industrial Park.

Implementing the guidance of the PPC to review the status of registration, measurement and certification for households around the Long Giang Industrial Park, about the residential land, until now, the Tan Phuoc district People's Committee issued certificates land use rights for 207 households, remaining 81 households was not granted. On the production land around the house, there were 124 granted land use right, 164 households were not been allocated, of which 78 households surveyed.

The analysis at the meeting showed that households, who have not been granted land use right certificates, including residential land and production land around the house, met many difficulties. Many cases located on the construction of the gateway to Long Giang industrial zone has not yet had the policy of compensation and support from the PPC; the file of application for certificates of land use right was fully done but households did not submit land using fee thus affecting the procedures for completing the granting of land use right certificates according to regulations.

Speaking at the working session, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong proposed Tan Phuoc district People's Committee to set up advocacy group, propaganda and plan to organize each household to propaganda unified policy of the province and the Goverment. For the case of households in the planning of construction of the gateway to Long Giang Industrial Park, the existing planning method should be implemented.

After the working session, he and leaders of provincial departments surveyed the case of household in the planning of construction of the gateway to the Long Giang Industrial Zone.
