Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Danh presented the main contents of the seventh plenary session of the 12th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam with the following main contents: The scheme focuses on building the contingent of cadres especially strategic level of qualities, capacity and prestige, level of duty; the project on reforming salary policy for cadres, civil servants, employees, armed forces and laborers in enterprises; the project on reforming social insurance policy.
