Tien Giang to reduce at least 10% of personnel by 2021

The plan for streamlining the organizational structure and raising the quality of operation of the political system of the province shall be deployed in order to rearrange the organizational apparatus of the Party, administration, Fatherland Front and other social political organizations at all levels in the direction of streamlining, decreasing reasonable affiliated focal points.

By 2021, the whole province will reduce at least 10% of personnel of the cadres and civil servants staff to 2015; the average reduction shall be at least 10% of the public non-business units and at least 10% of the paid salaries from the state budget in comparison with compared to 2015.

The province strives to have 10% of financial autonomy, reduce 10% of direct expenditure from the state budget for public service delivery units compared to 2011-2015.

In the coming years, by 2025 and the following years, the province shall continue to minimize the average of 10% of public non-business units and 10% of non-business personnel from the state budget compared with 2021; to strive to have at least 20% of financial autonomy units.

The Provincial Party Committee has set up a specific task to rearrange the apparatus, merge and dissolve it for each agency and unit in the whole province. The roadmap will be implemented from 2018.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee Nguyen Van Danh  suggested that the Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front and many socio-political organizations, especially the head must be deeply aware and determine the arrangement organizing the apparatus as a particularly important political task in the current period.

Therefore, the units should have a plan to popularize and disseminate to the contingent of cadres, civil servants, officials, members and members on this policy to create a high consensus on awareness and action of both the political system and people in the province.

Therefore, the implementation of the scheme must be public and transparent. The implementation of the Scheme should go along with the training and building of the cadres, following the Resolutions of the 7 th plenum of the Party Central Committee.
