At the working session, the the Cai Lay district Party Committee reported the organizational structure of the district Party Committee, results of the implementation of political tasks in the past time as well as difficulties; at the same time, exchanging and clarifying some matters related to the direction and operation of the apparatus from the Party Committee to the Party affiliated establishments.
