The Provincial People's Council surveys tourism potential of Cai Be district

ABO - On September 11, the Provincial People's Council surveyed the tourism potential of Cai Be district on the program of working with the Tien Giang province Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism on the implementation of the Resolution No.54/2013/NQ-HDND dated 11 July 2013 approving “Plan for the Tien Giang province tourism development up to 2020 and vision to year 2030 ".

The delegation surveyed the Mekong Resort at Hoa Quy hamlet, Hoa Khanh commune. This resort was put into operation in 2011 with an area of over 7 hectares. The delegation monitored the operation of the resort, the type of tourism, as well as the potential development of tourism. The delegation also surveyed the development of tourism in the establishment produced cake, honey tea in An Ninh hamlet, Dong Hoa Hiep commune.

This actual survey will be basic to help the delegation to accurately assess of the actual implementation of the Resolution No. 54 of the Provincial People's Council associated with the implementation of the Resolution No. 11 of the Provincial Party Committee on tourism development. On these basis, the Provincial People’s Council will suggest many solutions to help management and development of tourism more better in the coming time.
