In reply to this issue, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong affirmed: People have the right to participate in judging and selecting poor household. Commune officials must publicize the steps and procedures for selection of poor households. Cadres who violate the law in selecting the poor households will be handled.

 

In addition, 11 information need to be publicly disclosed such as: socio-economic development; public investment projects, works, compensation plans; the tasks and powers of the commune-level organizations directly handle affairs of people; management, use of funds, investment, financing for the project of the commune; a scheme on the establishment of new communes, demarcation of communal administrative boundaries; regulations on administrative procedures, etc ...

In addition, it is recommended that provinces and districts have plans to reinforce dykes; solutions to prevent drug crime; the policies for people with merits such as: exemption, reduction of tuition fees for children of policy family, support houses, etc...

Chairman of the Tan Phuoc district People's Committee asked: "Commune leaders should immediately check and advise the district People's Committee on the reinforcement of dykes to put rightly into implementation in 2019.
