The fostering and updating of knowledge course for officials and managers closed

ABO – The Tien Giang provincial Party Committee held the closing ceremony of the fostering and updating of knowledge course for officials and managers under the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, on October 26.

This event saw attendance of Deputy Secretary of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Tien Giang Provincial People's Committee Le Van Huong; Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Provincial Commission for Propaganda and Training of the Provincial Party Committee Chau Thi My Phuong, etc… attended the opening ceremony.

After four days (from October 23 to October 26, 2008), 205 trainees under the Standing Committee of Provincial Party Committee have been trained and updated their knowledge through eight specializations, including four topics on Party building work; two topics of state management and two topics of security and defense.

According to the evaluation of the organizing committee, the biggest success of this training course was that trainees have received high-level information, updated their knowledge, continuing to improve the experience of leadership, handling situations, methods of thinking, leadership, direction in the current situation.

Head of the Tien Giang provincial People's Mobilization Committee Tran Long Thon said that the organization of two courses for 448 officials and managers under the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee in the past two weeks has achieved positive results on the form, time, program, content; the number of participants and the quality of research staff attended class is good.

He suggested that after this course, trainees should study more deeply the content of each subject by adding organic methods, interactions of the subjects related to apply scientifically for their work.
