The violations were mainly using land for improper purposes, discharging wastewater in excess of permitted standards, exploiting mineral water without permits. From 2016 to the first 6 months of 2018, the Tien Giang Department of Natural Resources and Environment has violated administrative regulations with a total amount of more than VND 3.4 billion, etc ...

According to the assessment of the Tien Giang Department of Industry and Trade, through inspection, organizations and individuals have performed quite well the provisions of law in production and business activities. However, the violation of prohibited goods, smuggled goods, trade frauds and counterfeit goods still happened, etc…

Only in Tien Giang Market Management Office from 2016 to the first 6 months of 2018, this unit issued 2,118 sanctioning decisions, of which the administrative sanctioning decision was 2,070; the remaining 48 decisions did not implemented due to many difficulties and obstacles in terms of mechanisms and policies, etc...

At the meeting, members of the supervision delegation proposed leaders of departments and related units to clarify some contents related to difficulties in checking and controlling administrative violations; the coordination between different levels and branches in the handling of violations, etc…
