Ensuring all internal affairs to be carried out promptly and effectively

ABO - This was one of the key tasks of internal affairs and anti-corruption work in 2019 implemented by the Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee at the conference on summing up internal affairs; anti-corruption and judicial reform in 2018; deploying 2019 duties on the morning of January 28.

In 2018, the Provincial Party Committee’s Internal Affairs played a good role in advising the Provincial Party Committee to implement five groups of assigned tasks. Accordingly, the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee timely set up programs and tasks and effectively implemented and focused on contributing to improving the quality of internal affairs, preventing and fighting against corruption and judicial reform in local.

The Provincial Party Committee’s Internal Affairs actively coordinated closely with judicial agencies in detecting and reporting advice, proposing the Party Committee to advocate for handling cases and cases in accordance with regulations, especially assisting the Provincial Party Committee to preside over an inter-branch meeting with the internal and judicial agencies to direct and properly handle many difficult and complicated cases and problems of the opinion between the procedural agencies, etc…

 

Speaking at the conference, comrade Tran Hoang Kiem and comrade Vo Van Binh noted the results of the internal agencies in 2018.

 

At the same time, two comrades emphasized: Provincial Party Committee’s Internal Affairs needs to thoroughly understand identity in the agency so that all cadres and civil servants are fully and accurately aware of their functions, tasks and powers and apply correctly in practice; focus on resolving cases, criminal, civil, administrative, business and commercial cases, etc... ensuring quality and efficiency; implementing good litigation at the trial, considering this as a solution to improve the quality of legal proceedings, ensuring the legal judgment and eliminating wrongdoings, etc...
