New spring brimming with confidence

ABO/NDO - Our country enters the Year of the Pig with a new stature, how proud it is!

Last year, the country fulfilled and surpassed all socio-economic development targets and reached the highest Gross Domestic Product (GDP) over the past 10 years.

National defence and security have been maintained, while the country's position has increasingly been enhanced in the context of international integration. Party building work has gained positive results and the Party's leadership methods have seen breakthrough renewals. Meanwhile, the fight against corruption, wastefulness and negative acts has received support from the entire Party, people and the armed forces. Under the leadership of a genuinely revolutionary, vanguard, intellectual and consistent Party, the position and strength of the country has been enhanced more than ever. These achievements in the context of enormous difficulties and challenges demonstrate the value of the efforts of the whole Party, people and armed forces.

 

The accomplishments in the past year, as well as in the first three years of the 12th Party Central Committee, have created motivation for the country to enter the New Year in a more confident and steady manner. However, the country should make more efforts in the future amid considerable and unpredictable difficulties and challenges.

 

No difficulty can prevent national development thanks to a pure and strong Party with a close-knit relationship with the people, in addition to a State of drastic action to serve the people and patriotic people confident in the leadership of the Party. It is certain that we will accomplish and exceed the socio-economic development targets set for the 2016-2020 period and successfully implement the Resolution of the 12th Party Congress.
