Inspecting the clearance work of Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway

ABO - On the afternoon of March 12, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Le Van Huong and leaders of departments and sectors inspected the clearance work of the Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project in Cai Be District.

The Trung Luong–My Thuan expressway has a total length of 51.1 kilometres plus 4.5 kilometres of approach roads, currently the clearance work has reached 96%. Particularly in Cai Be District, the main route of the passing highway has a length of 19.77 kilometres, 2 intersections with a length of 6.4 kilometres.

Currently, the locality has handed over the site to the investor over 21 kilometres in the total length of over 26 kilometres. Cai Be District as the locality with the highest number of households have not yet handed over.

Leaders of Cai Be District and departments and agencies reported the clearance of the project; at the same time, giving many ideas to speed up the clearance work.

Speaking at the inspection, Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Le Van Huong asked Cai Be District to coordinate with related departments and agencies to speed up the site clearance progress; At the same time, he asked the communes of Cai Be District, which has the expressway going through, to mobilize the political system in order to resolve difficulties in land clearance.

As for the relocation of the electricity system, the province will have a separate working session with the relevant units to find solutions to implement.
