Hanoi leaders pay floral tribute at Lenin statue

ABO/NDO – A delegation of the Hanoi municipal Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and the Fatherland Front, led by Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Ngo Thi Thanh Hang laid a wreath at the statue of Vladimir Ilych Lenin in Hanoi on April 24 to mark the 149th birthday of Lenin.
