Studying and following Uncle Ho has promoted positive results at the grassroots level, since then, there have been many practical and effective movements and typical examples in the fields. These typical factors were promptly discovered to reward, motivate and replicate.

The Fatherland Front and mass organizations organize propaganda created strong changes in members, union members and people. The media agencies actively propagated new factor examples; at the same time, strongly criticizing the lack of standard attitude and behavior of cadres and party members. The inspection and supervision work was taken seriously.

However, the implementation Directive 05 process still had some shortcomings, in which some implementing units were still slow; the inclusion of the content of studying and following Uncle Ho on some activities of the local branch was still awkward; some officials and party members were not exemplary; learning plans of some party members were still general, not closely following the assigned tasks, etc...
