In the first three months of the year, in general, the situation of political security, social safety and order, economy continued to develop in a sustainable manner. In particular, the total social investment capital got over 6,100 billion VND; export turnover of goods reached nearly 650 million USD; budget collection reached nearly 2,900 billion VND, etc...

At the conference, delegates focused on discussing key contents: assessing advantages and disadvantages in rice production and consumption; disease situation in plants and animals; advantages, disadvantages and solutions to effectively implement the scheme of restructuring the agricultural sector, a scheme to cut crop and crop conversion in the eastern districts, a project to establish an agricultural area high technology, the situation of converting rice land to fruit trees and aquaculture in the western districts; advantages and difficulties in building commune meeting new rural standards; the situation of industrial production, the results of trade promotion, investment attraction, etc…

The conference agreed through 19 key tasks implemented in the coming time; passing the program of the Standing and the Executive Board of the Provincial Party Committee in the second quarter.
