Binh Phuc Nhut commune recognized as new rural area

ABO - On July 18, the Tien Giang provincial Standing Steering Committee for National Targeted Program proclaimed Binh Phuc Nhut commune as new rural commune.

According to report, after five years of building new rural areas, the face of the commune has developed in all aspects. The transport infrastructure in rural areas has developed. The commune has taken advantage of the capital of more than 188 billion VND to build and upgrade the roads; the irrigation system has been upgraded to create favorable conditions for boosting production and raising average income to 46.13 million VND/person/year. The poverty rate reduced to 1.94%. 90% of people in the commune can use electricity and ensure electricity safety, etc…

Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan suggested departments and provincial leaders and Cho Gao district, Binh Phuc Nhut commune to continue implementation many solutions to improve the quality of the criteria; paying attention to organize, raising awareness of building new rural as the responsibility of both the political system and the whole society, etc...
