It is necessary to well carry out the task of catching and researching public opinion

ABO - On August 7, the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee’s Commission for Propaganda and Education held a a conference of rapporteur, public opinion and press in July, 2019.

According to report, in July, there were many issues of concern such as: The East Sea situation; the implementation of the Scheme on rearranging and streamlined organizational apparatus, improving the operational efficiency of the political system of Tien Giang province under Resolution 18 and 19 of the 12th Party Central Committee; salary increase for cadres and civil servants,etc..., especially issues related to the Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway Project.

Deputy Chairman of the Tien Giang provincial People's Committee Pham Anh Tuan informed about the implementation of the Trung Luong - My Thuan expressway project.

At the conference, delegates also informed about the issues of current public interest such as: the situation of African swine cholera; results of the National High School Exam; implementing Project 02  of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, etc...

Speaking at the conference, comrade Chau Thi My Phuong requested, for the orientation of public opinion in the coming time, the delegates should focus on implementing well the task of catching and researching public opinion on key areas including: foreign information work; sea and island situation; public opinion related to Vietnamese sovereignty; fighting against false information; national renewal.

Regarding propaganda in the press, comrade Phuong requested to focus closely on the contents of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Training Committee on propaganda and celebration of major holidays and historical events; at the same time, focusing on propaganda to celebrate big holidays, important political, cultural and social events in August; propaganda on the content of Directive 35-CT/TW of the Politburo; propaganda on Resolutions, etc...
