The Vietnam General Confederation of Labor works with Tien Giang province

ABO - On August 22, the delegation of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, led by Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor Nguyen Dinh Khang worked with Tien Giang provincial Labor Federation on workers, officials and labor movement and 2018 Trade Union activities, the first 7 months of the year and key tasks in the last months of 2019.

Speaking at the meeting, comrade Nguyen Dinh Khang highly appreciated the achievements of the provincial labor force mobilization movement and provincial activities.

Besides, the comrades requested in the coming time, the Provincial Labor Federation should report to the Party Committee and local authorities to ask for guidance on the dissolution of grassroots enterprises by enterprises; promoting the implementation of the guidelines and resolutions of the Party and Vietnamese colleges and provincial colleges; striving to complete the basic criteria of the college activities in 2019, especially the quantitative criteria to operate the college more practically, in depth; thereby enhancing the role of labor union organizations in caring and protecting legitimate rights and legitimate interests of provincial workers and employees;, etc…

According to the Provincial Labor Federation, in 2018 and the first 7 months of 2019, the movement of labor safety and civil servants of the province continued to be maintained, developed and achieved many practical results; promptly propagating the Party's guidelines, guidelines and resolutions, the State's policies and laws, the directives and resolutions of the Communist Party, creating unity in ideology, awareness and action in the grassroots levels, union members and employees of the whole province, etc…

At the working session, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor discussed many issues related to the workers' movement province as well as the promotion of investment in the construction of industrial parks in the province and the progress of building trade union institutions in Tien Giang province.

Member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the General Confederation of Vietnam Nguyen Dinh Khang highly appreciated the movement of workers and employees and labor union activities of Tien Giang province in the past years, including the leadership of the Provincial Party Committee and local authorities of Tien Giang province. Regarding the construction of trade union institutions, it is still slow due to problems in the mechanism, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor will start construction in the shortest time to meet the needs of houses and play entertainment for workers.
