Delegates suggested that the Article 26 should add more mechanisms to share information and data between libraries to better serve readers, especially for superior libraries with many valuable documents.
Besides, before the trend of the 4.0 revolution, there should be more specific regulations on the digital library to ensure the policy is ahead of time, the provisions on: Human issues, modes of operation, financial data raw digital information, technology and information security, etc...
