Organizing a seminar to discuss 50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament

ABO - On September 11, the Standing Committee of Tien Giang Provincial Party Committee held a seminar to discuss 50 years of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament.

This event saw an attendance of Member of the Party Central Executive Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Nguyen Van Danh;  Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Tien Giang provincial Party Committee's Commission for Propaganda and Education Chau Thi My Phuong.

The seminar is an opportunity to research and look deeper on the historical value and theoretical significance of the late President’s testament, while evaluating the achievements and limitations that need to be overcome over the 50-year implementation of his divine will.

It is also an opportunity to propagate and encourage all Party members and people of all strata to study and implement Uncle Ho’s teachings, following his’s ideology, morality and style to successfully implement the cause of national renewal, construction and defence.

Delegates clarified the contents and profound values in President Ho Chi Minh's Testament, while evaluating achievements and lessons learned after 50 years implementing his will.

Speaking at the seminar, comrade Nguyen Van Danh affirmed that although 50 years have passed, the Testament of President Ho Chi Minh still has a strong vitality and his values live on today. He also stressed that the document is always the torch to continue illuminating Vietnam’s revolutionary path as well as a source of encouragement for generations of Vietnamese people to continue striving for new triumphs.
