To cope with the above situation, comrade Le Van Huong assigned the Tien Giang Inspector to immediately check the status of subdivision and foundation soil sale after the opinion of the inspector on the land lot and sale in My Tho city.
At the same time, it is required that the Tien Giang Inspector will soon conclude and assign the Tien Giang Department of Construction to coordinate with the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, sectors and levels to propose a plan to effectively handle the problems of subdivision and foundation soil sale of the province.
Chairman of the PPC stated: In October 2019, there must be a conference on finding solutions to overcome these shortcomings. After having a solution, the Tien Giang Department of Construction will hold a conference to invite all people, who do the division and sale of land in the whole province, to listen to ideas and then there will be a general solution. In addition, sectors and levels need to call for investment in real estate because the need of the people is high, etc…
The province currently has about 7,717 lots, with a total area of nearly 900,000 m2. Recently, the Inspectorate of the Department of Construction inspected 43 times for cases of subdivision and foundation soil sale, of which 41 cases had construction permits and 2 cases without construction permits. The localities have decided to sanction the two cases above with an amount of 40 million VND.
