Concluding the conference, Chairman of the PPC Le Van Huong requested: Units and localities focused on investing, upgrading, repairing or building new places to receive citizens; the administrative reform must be considered as regularly work and widespread movement. For application of information technology, units focused on investing in equipment; training a contingent of qualified staff and skills in using information technology; exploiting maximum the capacity of application of information technology to solve administrative procedures.

For PAPI, it can be seen that in recent years, the success of PAPI has reduced the lawsuit among the people. Therefore, it is necessary to identify PAPI as an auxiliary measure for PAR implementation. All levels, sectors and localities must resolve all the recommendations of the people when contacting with PAPI, etc...

In 2019, Tien Giang ranked 5th out of 63 provinces and cities directly under the Central Government in terms of readiness for information technology development and application in Vietnam. Currently, the province has 2,160 administrative procedures posted on the provincial public administrative service page; including 931 online public services level 3, 951 online public services level 4, etc…
