As reported at the conference, the Provincial People's Committee launched emulation movements in accordance with task requirements in each period, focusing on key and key tasks, from the beginning of the year.

The sectors and levels have concretized into emulation movements in line with the political and requirements of the sectors and localities to successfully implement the Party's guidelines and resolutions, the State's legal policies and socio-economic development targets.

This is reflected prominently in four emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister and six emulation topics launched by the Provincial People's Committee. Since then, each movement and theme has appeared individuals, collectives and typical elements in the patriotic emulation movement.

From the activities of the patriotic emulation movement, in 2019, the President, the Prime Minister and the Provincial People's Committee commended over 6,000 typical collectives and individuals in the patriotic emulation movement.
