According to Head of the Board for Deputy Affairs Nguyen Thi Thanh, within this session, the National Assembly is actively implementing many important contents, among which is the supervision of planning work.
Since planning has become a bottleneck to socio-economic development in recent years, the selection of planning work by the National Assembly for supervision has met the wishes of voters and people nationwide.
Therefore, provincial leaders are invited to attend the session so that they will have a thorough view about the issue in order to take active actions to deal with this barrier.
Thanh said National Assembly leaders have been pondering deeply over this issue and expect localities to make bolder and more effective moves once the legislative body issues a resolution regarding the planning work.
