Party chief's book highlights Vietnam's fight against corruption
ABO/NDO- General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong’s book on Vietnam’s fight against corruption is to be released by the National Political Publishing House to mark the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
The first part of the 600-page-plus book outlines several issues drawn from the reality of the anti-corruption drive in Vietnam, including an article by the Party chief affirming that combating corruption is a necessary task and an irreversible trend.
This part also collects four speeches by the General Secretary at the national conferences on anti-corruption in 2014, 2018, 2020 and 2022, as well as his speeches and concluding remarks at the meetings of the national steering committee on corruption prevention and combat.

Such articles express the Party’s consistent guiding principle that the fight against corruption must carry on boldly and relentlessly, without any exceptions and no-go zones.
The second part is a collection of the Party leader’s articles and speeches on Party building and rectification since the early years of Doi Moi until now.
Such articles demonstrate the General Secretary’s acumen and vision on major issues in the fight against corruption and negative phenomena.
The third part gathers the opinions of the people, National Assembly deputies and foreign scholars, who place their confidence in the fight against corruption under the leadership of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong.
The book is scheduled to be released on the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930-2023).
