Special art programme commemorates late Party General Secretary Le Duan

ABO/NDO- A special art programme was held in Ho Chi Minh City , on July 9 to commemorate the 37th death anniversary of late Party General Secretary Le Duan (July 10, 1986-2023).

The event was attended by President Vo Van Thuong and other leaders and former leaders.

Party General Secretary Le Duan is a stalwart communist soldier, an excellent student of President Ho Chi Minh, and an outstanding leader of the Vietnamese Party and the people. During his life, he always strived to sacrifice for the revolutionary cause of the nation and the unity and integrity of the country.

The art programme offered an opportunity for today's generations to pay respect and tribute to an outstanding Party leader, learn about his life and revolutionary cause, as well as the sentiments of the southern people and Quang Tri locals, towards the late Party leader.

The programme consists of 15 music and dance performances, harmonising the colours of traditional and modern music.

Through the performances, the images and memories of a leader who loved and paid great attention to people were clearly highlighted clearly.

In the coming time, the special art programme commemorating late Party General Secretary Le Duan will continue to be held in several localities.
