All Vietnamese guest workers going to RoK this year must abide by the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on the Employment Permit System (EPS) programme signed by the Vietnamese and Korean Governments.

By the end of November when the MoU will expire, the two Governments will assess the implementation process and consider the continued sending of Vietnamese guest workers to the RoK.
