Provincial Association for Protection of Poor Patients, Disabled People and Orphan Children holds the Congress

On December 3, The Provincial Association for Protection of Poor Patients, Disabled People and Orphan Children held the representative Congress, term 2014-2019.

In the last term, the Association VND56 billion contributed by 533 individuals and collectives to implement the coordinated cardiac surgery program for 475 heart patients; provided 1,505 wheelchairs and 52 car shakes to help the disabled people. The association also coordinated to implement the "Bringing light to the poor blindness by cataract" program for 1,271 patients, etc…

New Executive Committee was elected at the Congress with 37 members and Mr Phan Van Ha, Chairman of the Provincial Association for Protection of Poor Patients, Disabled People and Orphan Children, re-elected as the chairman.
